Ingredients

    Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 1 lb
    Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Packet
    Lettuce, 2 c. Shredded
    Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 c.
    1 Tomoato Diced
    Black Olives, sliced
    Taco Sauce, 2 tbs.
    Reduced Fat Sour Cream, 1 c.
    Light Tostitos, Crunched up

Directions

Brown ground turkey, mix in the taco seasoning as directed. Make a bed of lettuce and tortilla chips. Top with taco meat, cheese, tomoatoes, olives, sour cream and taco sauce. Makes about 4 salads.
