1.25 lbs lean stew meat -beef
1 large onion sliced
1 medium green bell pepper sliced
1/2 medium red bell pepper sliced
1 Lawry's packet fajita mix
In same skillet, brown beef; drain if desired. (If using the actual lean meat, do not drain and use it for the liquid for the mix.) I did not drain.
Stir in mix to meat and meat juice. (if drained beef, add 1/4 cup of water) Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
Return vegetables to skillet and heat through.
Serve in tortilla of choice.
Serves 8 with 3oz of beef and vegi filling
