Tofu Rice Noodle Soup

Ingredients

    16 oz rice noodles
    16 oz frozen chopped spinach
    16 oz mushrooms
    4 cups chicken broth
    4 cups water
    1 block firm tofu
    1 tsp sesasme oil

Directions

"Fry" tofu in oil in non stick pan.
Prepare noodles according to directions
Heat broth and water, add veggies
When hot, add tofu and noodles
Serve
