WFPB Pinto Beans Rice Salsa

Introduction

Great frozen meal. Vegan. Very filling. Great frozen meal. Vegan. Very filling.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup of dry pinto beans
    1 cup of dry jasmine brown rice
    1 can of corn, DRAINED
    1 large jar of salsa



Directions

Cook the beans as directed on package.
Cook the rice as directed on package
Combine the beans, rice, corn, and salsa.
Divide into 6 portions.
Freeze.

NOTE: The jasmine brown rice adds such a great flavour to this dish

NOTE: a grain, a bean, and a vegetable combined = complete protein
