Introduction

Mmmmm. Serve with crackers and a little shredded Colby cheese on top! Mmmmm. Serve with crackers and a little shredded Colby cheese on top!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    3 Tbsp Canola oil
    3/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 Tbs chili powder
    1 15 oz can of red kidney beans
    1 15 oz cans of Hunts tomato sauce
    2 15 oz cans of water

Directions

Brown turkey, green peppers, onions and chili powder in 3 Tbs of Canola oil until turkey is brown and vegetables are tender
Add kidney beans (with juice), tomato sauce and water
Bring to boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes until chili is thick and bubbly
