Spanish-Style Slow-Cooker Chicken

Introduction

I used 1/2 c sour cream to give this a creamy texture, as the Greek yogurt can be a bit thick.

If using thawed chicken, reduce cooking time accordingly.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 4-oz can mild green chiles
    1/2 c fat-free sour cream
    12 oz plain Greek yogurt
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
    1 T Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb seasoning
    1 T Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning
    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken in a crock pot.

Add chicken and cover with mixture.

Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until chicken is done.

Shred chicken and mix with sauce.

Can be served over brown rice, pasta, potatoes or in tacos.

Serving size is 4 oz chicken or 1/8 recipe.
