2 Eggland's Best Large Egg
1/2 Cup diced Celery,
4 Egg whites
4 Tbsp Hellman’s Light Mayonnaise
Directions
After boiling the eggs, peel the 6 eggs. Remove the egg yolk from 4 of the eggs and disgrad. Chop the egg whites and whole eggs, add chopped celery and the mayo. Mix thoroghly.
Makes 4 good sandwiches.
