Ingredients

Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1.5 serving (remove)
Egg whites, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Onions, raw, 0.75 cup, chopped (remove)
Salt 1/2 t or to taste
Black pepper 1/4 t or to taste

Makes 3 servings, 6 oz each when shrinkage is considered.
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
3. Form into a loaf. Place in over-sized pyrex dish so any fat drains off as loaf cooks.
