Pan Sandwich

Introduction

Use as a main dish sandwich or cut into small pieces as an appetizer. Fast, easy, yummy! Use as a main dish sandwich or cut into small pieces as an appetizer. Fast, easy, yummy!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans low fat crescent rolls
    4 oz. genoa salami
    4 oz. sandwich pepperoni
    4 oz. ham
    4 oz. reduced fat swiss cheese, sliced
    4 oz. reduced fat provolone cheese, sliced
    3 eggs
    3T grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Open 1 can of rolls and lay out into bottom of 9x13 pan. Press seams together so you have a solid "crust." Layer meats and cheeses on top of crust. Beat 2 eggs and 2 T parmesan cheese and pour over meat mixture. Top with second can of rolls. Beat 1 egg and 1 T parmesan cheese and brush on top crust. Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

Cut into 8 pieces for main dish or smaller for appetizer size portions.
