Cheesy Low Fat Pigs in a Blanket

Introduction

This is a low-fat pigs in a blanket recipe. I usually use Hebrew National 97% fat free hot dogs, but if you like to avoid red meat, Tofu Pups are good and only add 10 calories to a serving. Ingredients

    Reduced Fat Pillsbury Crescents (a can contains 8)
    Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Hot Dogs (4 dogs)
    Fat free Kraft cheese (4 slices)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degress. Cut your hotdogs and cheeses in halves. Open your can of crescents and separate the pieces. Place your cheese on the dough and the dog on the cheese and roll up. Repeat until you finish the batch. If you want, you can give a quick spray of some nonstick baking spray to give it a nice color. Cook for about 20 minutes

Makes 4 servings of 2 pigs each.
