Wearing plastic gloves (to reduce the yuck factor), mix all ingredients with your hands. Using a standard ice cream scoop to measure, this recipe makes about 20 meatballs. Form into balls, place on a broiler pan (so the grease will drain away as it cooks) and bake 18-20 minutes at 350. Leftovers freeze well and make an easy breakfast to grab and microwave or take with you to heat up at work! Makes 10 servings (2 balls each!). Best served with some v8 juice and fruit!
