Chicken Marinara Melt

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts - cooked (grill or boil)
    2 cups Prego marinara sauce
    4 Hoagie sandwich buns
    Mozzerella cheese
    Parmesan (optional - not included in ingredient list)


Directions

Cook chicken - I grilled mine with the George Foreman grill, but you could boil or microwave as well.
Cut cooked chicken breasts into large chunks and add to a saute pan. Add marinara sauce to pan and simmer until warm.
Toast the hoagie rolls under the broiler, then add chicken and marinara mixture to the rolls. Top with mozzerella and return to the broiler until the cheese is just melted.
Add parmesan if desired.
