Spicy Black Bean BurgerSubmitted by: PFALOR
2 cans Bush's reduced sodium black beans, drained
2 green zucchini, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 7 oz cans of salsa verde
chili powder and cumin to taste
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
In a separate container, mash black beans. Add sauteed mixture from above. Add flour and bread crumbs. Mix well and form in to 8 patties.
Place patties in freezer for 15 minutes (overnight works best). Bake for 25 minutes at 400.
