Salmon-broccoli pasta in a lemon-garlic sauce

Introduction

a cheap meal from my grad school days. a cheap meal from my grad school days.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    8oz pasta, cooked according to package directions
    1 pouch cooked salmon
    1 lg onion, diced
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    10oz pkg frozen broccoli, thawed and diced if necessary
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2-4 tbsp lemon juice
    pinch of salt

Directions

Start preparing pasta according to package directions
heat olive oil in pan for 30 seconds, then add garlic. Cook until you can smell the garlic, then add onions. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent. Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt, stir well to incorporate.

Add broccoli and salmon to pan, stir well. When pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan. Stir well to combine.
