Chocolate Chip Muffins

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 cups all purpose flour
    1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2/3 cup milk
    1/2 butter, melted and cooled
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 (11 1/2 ounce) package milk chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Grease muffin cups
3. In large bowl, stir together flour, sugars, baking powder and salt
4. In a different bowl stir together milk, eggs, butter and vaniila until blended
5. Make a well in center of dry ingredients
6. Add m ilk mixture and stir until just combined
7 Stir in chocolate chips
8 Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups
9. Bake 15-20 minutes our until an inserted toothpick is clean
10. Remove and let cool 5 minutes
11. Remove from muffin cups to finish cooling
