Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-Frozen, ready to bake pie crust
    1-10 oz. can of white chicken in water
    1-15 oz. can mixed vegetables
    1-10 3/4 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% Fat Free)
    1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick Mix
    1/3 cup nonfat Milk
    1/4 cup Egg Whites

Directions

1. Spray pie pan with Cooking Spray.
2. press ready to bake pie crust into pan
3. In separate bowl, mix drained chicken, drained mixed vegetables, and cream of chicken soup (you can salt and peper to taste is desired). Spread on top of pie crust.
4. Mix bisquick with Egg Beaters and milk
5. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
(makes 8 servings)
