Grilled Orange Shrimp

Introduction

This is a fast, easy low, carb, low fat main dish. It can be served over rice or pasta but its great all by itself too. This is a fast, easy low, carb, low fat main dish. It can be served over rice or pasta but its great all by itself too.

Ingredients

    1 pound raw cleaned & deveined shrimp
    1 tablespoon orange marmalade
    1 clove garlic minced

Directions

Pre heat Grill
Place shrimp in a bowl add orange marmalade and garlic
Toss to mix
Take a long sheet of aluminum foil place shrimp mixture in the middle of the foil
Fold foil to completely cover the shrimp mixture
Place foil packet on BBQ or Grill and cook until shrimp turn pink approx 10 mins depending on heat generated from your grill.
