Crock pot chicken & rice casserole

Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken soup-regular or reduced fat
    1 1/3 cups water
    1 cup chicken broth
    3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    2 cups frozen peas & carrots or mixed vegetables
    4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves cut into cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients in crock pot. cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. Stir once. Makes 12 half cup servings.
