Orange Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces cut into 8 pieces
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup (remove)
Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Orange Juice, .33 cup (remove)
Margarine like spread, approximately 60% fat, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Melt margarine in large shallow baking dish
Mix 1 beaten egg with 1/3 cup orange juice.
Mix 1 cup bread crumbs with 1 teaspoon paprika
Dip breast strip in egg mixture then in bread crumb mixture. Then place chicken in melted margarine, & turn over in pan. Repeat for all 8 pieces.
Bake @ 400 for 30 min or till juices run clear.
