Quick Meat Loaf

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/3 cup chopped green onions
    3 tbsp dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp red pepper
    1 pound ground sirloin
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    6 tbsp ketchup, divided
    Cooking spray

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl; Add 1/4 cup ketchup. Mix beef mixture with hands until just combined. Shape beef mixture into a 9x4 inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush top of meat loaf with remaining 2 tbsp ketchup. Bake for additional 7 minutes or until done. Slice loaf into 8 equal slices. Each serving is two slices.
