Beef with Broccoli and Onions (OAMC)

Ingredients

Round Steak, trimmed 1 lbs
Water, 1 1/4 cuups
Onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp
Beef boullion, granules 1/4 cup
Dried Parsley, 1 1/2 tsp
Brown sugar, 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp
On Hand serving day
Rice, 3 cups
Frozen Broccoli
water, 1/4 cup
cornstarch, 2 Tbsp
Directions
Assembly Directions: Slice beef into thin strips. Spray fry pan with cooking spray. Brown the Steak and remove from pan and cool. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Freezing Direction: Place the steak in a freezer bag or a ridgid freezer container. Pour sauce over steak. Seal, label and freeze.
Seving Directions; Thaw in refidgeration. Make rice according to package directions. Drain juices from steak and place in fry pan. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Mix water and cornstarch in a separate bowl or cup. Pour into fry pan sauce. Return to boilingand reduce heat. Mixture will thicken. Add meat and frozen broccoli to the sauce and mix to coat. Heat until broccoli is warm. Serve over rice.
