Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 whole chocken breast, skin and bones removed; baked
    3 ounces raw broccolli
    3 cauliflower tops
    1 small carrot
    1 large hard boiled egg
    1/4 cup mayonaise
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a food processor grind the chicken, vegetables and egg.
add mayonaise and blend well.
Serves 4.
