White Pizza (1/4 of a pizza)

Ingredients

    2 whole wheat pizza crusts
    15 oz Ricotta cheese
    2 cups mozzarella cheese
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    1 tbsp italian seasoning
    2 tbsp fresh basil

Directions

In a bowl, mix together Ricotta cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, italian seasoning, and fresh basil. Spread 1 tsp olive oil on each pizza crust. Spread half of cheese mixture on each pizza. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on one pizza and the other half on the other pizza. Preheat oven to 450, turn down to 425 and bake pizzas 8 minutes, switch and cook 8 more minutes. Broil until brown on top. 1/4 pizza per serving.
