Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Introduction

This is a recepie I found on line, but changed the amounts and dropped the salt it so it was much lower in calories and less sodium. This is a recepie I found on line, but changed the amounts and dropped the salt it so it was much lower in calories and less sodium.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Sweet Potatoes or Yams
    1/4 Cup of Milk
    1/4 tsp of Cinammon
    2 Tbsp of Light Margrine

Directions

Peet and wrap sweet potatoes in tin foil. Poke with a fork. Place in the oven and cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Put sweet potatoes in bowl, add ingredients and mash. You may add Ia little more milk and a tsp of sugar if you like it creamer, or sweeter but it is not figured into the calories.

4 - 3/4 Cup Servings
