2 cups of brown rice 2 cns cream of mushroom soup-98% fat free 1 soup can of water 10 fresh mushrooms, diced 1 pkg dry onion soup mix 3 chiken breast (halved)
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place uncooked rice in dish. combine soup, mushrooms, water,and soup mix and pour over rice. Place chicken on top and gently press down into liquid (doesn't have to be cover in liquid). Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cheick is done and liquid is absorbed.
