Introduction

Quick breakfast in a bowl. Quick breakfast in a bowl.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1/8 cup egg white or egg substitute
    2 tsp brown sugar
    2 tsp flour
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 T raisins
    cinnamon to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in bowl and microwave for 45 seconds till done.
Can change it up by switching out raisins for craisins or dried cherries and adding almonds or walnuts and use almond flavoring.
This make 1 large cookie.
I found this receipe on a sparkblog which was called Carrots N Cake. I came up with the variations as raisins are not my favorite.
