Raw Life Bars

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 cup coconut butter, raw, organic
    1/2 cup almond butter, raw, organic
    2 tbsp unsulphured, organic blackstrap molasses
    1 tsp honey
    pinch sea salt
    1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup organic, dried goji berries
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Warm coconut butter. Add almond butter and mix. Add remaining ingredients. Put into a small baking dish. I lined mine with parchment. Chill in refridgerator for at least 1/2 hour before cutting into bars and individually wrapping in parchment.

Makes 10 bars.
