Ingredients

    This sounds silly....but 900 calories worth of potatoes with skin. Its approximately 7 small potatoes...but I know a lot of people use different types of potatoes and it bugs me when people don't say what kind to use! lol

    # *Bouillon cube, chicken flavor, 2 serving (remove)
    # Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    # Water, tap, 7 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    # Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup (remove)
    # Cauliflower, raw, 3 cup (remove)
    # Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)

Directions

Place all ingredients in the slow cooker on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

You can blend the ingredients or not! Still tasty either way. Very tasty with some cheese or bacon on top!

Serves 8.
