IntroductionAntioxidant Loaded Scrambled Eggs! Antioxidant Loaded Scrambled Eggs!
Red Bell Pepper
Green Bell Pepper
Wash and chop Bell Peppers and Onions
Wash and slice mushrooms
Fill a large 4 cup measuring cup full of fresh Spinach and roughly chop using scissors
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in large frying pan
Saute Bell Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms
Add chopped Spinach when those are tender
Pour scrambled Eggs over all veggies and gently stir/fold all together
Season with Red Pepper flakes, Sea Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
(This is especially yummy with a sprinkle of shredded cheese over each serving!)
