Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients

    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Low fat cream cheese, 2 tbsp
    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 1 serving

Directions

Cut off the stem of the pepper, then slice in half, lengthwise and clean out all the seeds and membranes. Fill each pepper half with 1 Tbsp. of the cream cheese. Cut the bacon in half and wrap each half around the filled pepper halves. Bake in a 400 degree oven for approximately 25 - 35 minutes, or until pepper is soft. These are great as appetizers, snacks or entrees.
