Turkey Bratwurst Patties

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    * 1 teaspoon pepper
    * 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    * 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
    * 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    * 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    * 1 tablespoon skim milk
    * 2 lbs lean ground turkey
    * cooking spray


Directions

Combine all ingredients except spray and mix well.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2 inch thick patty.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over med high.

Coat with spray.

Add 4 patties; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.

Repeat procedure with spray and remaining patties.

Serve as you would brats.
