Chicken with olives

Introduction

I have this just plain, over rice, pasta or Shirataki noodles. Easy prep and then just bake ! I have this just plain, over rice, pasta or Shirataki noodles. Easy prep and then just bake !
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 pounds chicken breast
    2 14oz cans hunts tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
    1 clove garlic
    3 T parsley
    1/4 tsp thyme
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 T lemon
    1 c. black olives
    1/8 tsp. cayenne

Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown chicken breast. Put breasts in a 9 by 13 oven safe dish. Add all of rest of ingredients, except olives and cayenne, to skillet and heat. Pour over chicken. Bake in oven 30 minutes. Add olives and sprinkle cayenne over top. Bake another 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
