Creamsicle Frozen Yogurt - So Easy!

Introduction

I've used this recipe forever! I am a lover of all things sweet and frozen, but obviously ice cream doesn't fit well into a diet. So here, I get in low fat dairy as well as a fruit serving, and it soothes my sweet tooth. I've used this recipe forever! I am a lover of all things sweet and frozen, but obviously ice cream doesn't fit well into a diet. So here, I get in low fat dairy as well as a fruit serving, and it soothes my sweet tooth.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup no pulp orange juice

Directions

Mix the two ingredients - it can be done easily with a whisk or with a blender.
Put into a freezer safe container.
Freeze approximately 30 to 60 minutes - the less time, the more "slushy", but it tends to freeze quickly if you like it more like sorbet.
This make 3 2/3 cup servings.
