My Taco Soup

Introduction

This is the best filling soup. This is the best filling soup.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1.33 pounds of 93% lean beef
    2 TBls Olive Oil1 large chopped Onion
    5 Cloves Garlic
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can White (Cannolli Beans)
    1 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 15 oz can of Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans of Yellow Corn
    2 15 oz cans of Tomato Sauce
    1/3 cup Corn Meal

    2 large cubes Beef Bullion
    64 oz Water

Directions

1. Chop onions and garlic and sautee in 2 Tbls olive oil, add the beef and cook through.
2. Take all of the remaining ingredients and add to a large pot.
3. Take the beef mixture and add to pot.
Simmer for 1 hour and mix to keep corn meal from sticking.
Each serving is 1 cup.
