Introduction

Yummy family favorite. I do not salt when I cook, so dish will need salt and pepper when done. You can also add a Mrs. Dash flavor of your choice. Yummy family favorite. I do not salt when I cook, so dish will need salt and pepper when done. You can also add a Mrs. Dash flavor of your choice.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes
    1/3 cup nonfat milk
    2 Tbl Land O' Lakes Fresh Buttery Spread
    1 lb ground sirloin
    1 bag Birds Eye SteamFresh Super Sweet Corn

Directions

Peel and slice potatoes. Boil potatoes until fork tender (20-30 minutes). While potatoes are boiling, brown ground beef; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

After beef is done, steam corn in microwave. Place beef in medium casserole dish. Top with corn. When potatoes are done, drain then put back in pot. Add milk and spread; beat until smooth. Add to top of corn. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dish is heated through. Serves 8.
