Ingredients



    * ground chicken, 16 oz (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * onion, .5 cup (remove)
    * Parsley, .5 cup (remove)
    * Hot Pepper Sauce, 24 tsp (remove)

Directions

preheat to 400. in large mixing bowl, combine chicken with onion, garlic and parsley and season with salt and pepper. shape into balls. Arrange on nonstick sheet pan and drizzle w/ olive oil. place in oven and bake until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown,about 10-12 mins. While baking, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce and whisk to combine. toss the baked meatballs in the sauce to coat or serve on the side.

Makes approx. 32 meatballs.
