1 lb of Ground Turkey (or ground beef)
3 cans of condensed vegetarian vegetable or vegetable soup
Brown ground turkey in a skillet, drain fat if you have any, add all 3 cans of soup, mix and heat until soup is heated through.
We like to eat it on a piece of bread, but you can eat it by itself. Low fat, Low cal, good way to get veggies into kids.
