Low Calorie and fat Banana Muffins

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    All purpose flour
    baking soda
    baking powder
    salt
    ripe bananas (approx. 2-3)
    sugar
    egg
    vanilla
    applesauce, unsweetened

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Grease muffin tins and fill 1/2 way with mixture. Bake for 15 -20 minutes, or until tester is clean.

You can add either 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or walnuts to this recipe too.

NOTE: DO NOT USE PAPER LINERS SINCE THE MUFFINS WILL STICK TO THEM.
