Introduction

Nothing says "America" like meatloaf. It's delicious,easy and filling..and now this classic can be eaten guilt free too. Nothing says "America" like meatloaf. It's delicious,easy and filling..and now this classic can be eaten guilt free too.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2lbs 93% lean turkey or beef
    2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
    4 egg whites
    16 oz Francisco Renaldi tobe spaghetti sauce
    1 large onion
    4 tbs. basil
    4 tbs. oregano
    4 tbs. garlic powder
    2 tbs. black pepper


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl

2. Divide into 2 loaves

3. Bake at 350, for 60min

    I love meatloaf! This was so easy to fix. I used half turkey and half beef. Instead of 4 egg whites, I used 2 whites and 2 whole eggs. It was soooo good! I was surprised that it called for spaghetti sauce and think that I may try it with tomato sauce, but this is a winner just like it is!!!! - 3/10/10
