Simply Broiled Swordfish

Introduction

This is the simple swordfish recipe my mother taught me from New Bedford, MA This is the simple swordfish recipe my mother taught me from New Bedford, MA
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Swordfish, 8 oz
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 1 Tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp

Directions

heat your oven to broil.
Place swordfish in pan.
Melt butter in microwave or over low heat.
Brush butter onto swordfish.
Sprinkle Lemon Juice over the sword fish, sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, and celery salt over the swordfish both sides.
Broil a few minutes on each side til opaque and fish is firm.

    I made this last night and we loved it. We grilled outside on the BBQ. I love fish this way, with basic ingredients , clean and healthy! - 3/6/12

    Made this last night and it was delicious and so easy. Celery salt is mentioned in the directions, but I didn't have any so skipped it. Thanks for sharing the recipe! - 12/31/10
