Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Macaroni, enriched, 2 cup elbow shaped
    Minced Garlic, 5 tsp
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 3 oz
    Hunt's Ketchup, 6 tbsp
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup

Directions

start by boiling the macaroni. do not drain it because the starch from the pasta will thicken up your chili. add the cut up raw chicken to the macaroni as it's boiling. this eliminates using another pot making this a one pot meal. once the macaroni is tender but not fully cooked, add all of the other ingredients plus salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. turn heat off and let stand for 30-45 minutes. makes ~10 1 cup servings.
