Ingredients

    Onion - 1 cup chopped
    Carrot - 1 cup chopped
    Celery stocks - 1/2 cup chopped
    Lentils - 1 cup
    Brown rice - 1/2 cup
    Broth - Vegetable - 4 cups
    Water - about 2 cups
    Spices such as Cayenne or Chipotle
    Salt and pepper as deired

Directions

Makes about 6 - 1 cup servings

Place vegetable in bottom
Add lentils and rice
Add broth and water
Add cayenne or chipotle

Cook about 6 or 7 hours in crock pot
Add salt and pepper as desired
