1/4 cup chopped Green Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. ground black Pepper

Put into a large (preferably non-stick) frying pan with 1/2" water. Cover tightly and let them steam for about 15 minutes over medium heat until all the water is evaporated. If water evaporates too quickly, add a couple more tablespoons, just to get the meatballs cooked through. Then let them brown slightly for another 5 minutes. They are kind of fragile and light.
