Ingredients

1 - Lite English Muffin
1/4 cup - Egg Substitute
2 strips - Turkey Bacon
1 slice - Cheese; Fat Free Singles, Sharp Cheddar
5 sprays - I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray
Directions
1) Toast the English Muffin.
2) Cook the Turkey Bacon according to package directions. Set aside.
3) Cook the Egg Substitute over meduim heat until firm (be sure to cook the egg in one solid piece like an omlet)
4) Spray the English Muffin with butter spray, fold egg in half, and then in half again (so it is about the size of the english muffin) and place on muffin, add cheese and bacon, and enjoy!
