Introduction

Very healthy drink/dessert great for energy and vibrant health! Very healthy drink/dessert great for energy and vibrant health!

Ingredients

    1 Cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened Fresh (SO)
    1/2 Banana
    1 Tbls. Raw Cacao Powder
    2 Tbls. Chia Seeds (ground in coffee grinder)
    1 Scoop Whey Protein
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 packets Truvia

Directions

Grind Chia seeds in coffee grinder
Process all ingredients with some ice
For gel like consistency let mixture set for 10 minutes
Can use with almond milk. Dairy takes away the cacao benefits.
