1 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 onions, chopped
Celery stalk, chopped
400 grams beef stewing steak, cubes
2 tsp marmite
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup red kidney beans
salt and pepper
Stew gently for 2-3 hours with lid on.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Good with rice or mashed potato.
