2.06 pound of Brisket Trimmed.
1 40g Packet of French Onion Recipe Mix
2 Cups of raw Celery
1 cup of raw Onions
1 tablespoon of Eagle Mills All-Purpose Unbleached Ultragrain Flour
2. Place Celery and Onions in the roasting pan. Place meat on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with Mrs Dash Table Blend Seasoning.
3. Mix French Onion Recipe Mix with two cups of boiling water and pour over meat and vegetables.
4. Cook for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
5. Thicken gravy with whole wheat flour.
