Introduction

All the ingredents of a hand roll, minus the rice, in a lettuce wrap! :) Easy, quick and yummy! All the ingredents of a hand roll, minus the rice, in a lettuce wrap! :) Easy, quick and yummy!

Ingredients

    Lettuce Leaf
    Sunflower Sprouts
    Seaweed (any really, I use dolce)
    Daikon Radish (shredded)
    Baby Bok Choy (shredded)
    Cucumber (cut into strips)
    Sashimi grade Tuna
    Raw Soy Sauce ( or Braggs)

Directions

I start by putting the daikon on the lettuce leaf. Then I just layer the bok choy, seaweed, cucumber, sprouts and tuna. Sprinkle some Braggs or raw soy sauce and fold up the lettuce just like a taco. Be careful cause the sauce will drip everywhere!
