I am making this tonight was just wondering how much is a serving - 3/4/12
Reply from PBIGELOW6 (3/27/12)
About 5 oz., a little over 1/2 c. per serving.
Did you like it?
If you serve it over cooked spaghetti squash, it really saves on the total carbs, compared to spaghetti or other pasta.
