Ingredients

    1 low carb whole wheat tortilla
    1 oz. left over pot roast
    1/2 oz. mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup mixed salad
    1?4 inch slice red tomatoe
    1 tbs. sour cream

Directions

Place mozzarella cheese and meat on tortilla. Microwave on high for 1 minute to warm and melt cheese. Top with the rest of ingredients. Roll up and enjoy
